Pone Electric

I received a recommendation to call Pone Electric from an excellent former electrician, and I called Mike to see if he could fix our pool wiring that had suddenly and catastrophically melted, rendering our pool inoperable. Mike sounded busy but said he’d be at our house to take a look at it, and he arrived promptly that very day. He inspected the situation, made a list of items he would need to repair it, assured me he would take a look at the pump motor to make sure it would still work when he was done fixing the ruined wiring, and quoted me a ballpark price and timeframe to fix it. Sure enough, he and his crew arrived the day he had promised with brand new, still-packaged items, and set about fixing the problem. Every time we interacted, Mike spoke to me like a human being (not some idiot who knows nothing about electricity), patiently explaining why the problem had occurred and why it was so catastrophic and extensive (a melted power cord, plug, outlet, AND broken timer and circuit breaker!) Throughout the process of inspection and repair, he was patient, honest, informative, efficient, and thorough. Without being asked a second time, he also checked over the pump motor to make sure it had not suffered damage and would not cause any problems in the near future, just like he had initially said he would. All that, and he was timely AND charged a fair price for his efforts (even in the awful heat outside!) I would hire him again and would recommend him to EVERYONE, just like that former electrician who had recommended Mike to me!
