They did did a good job. The price was not over the quote. He came out himself the first time for the quote; he informed his worker's well of what needed to be done so he did not have to come with them to perform the work. They cleaned up some over grown bushes around our pool and other areas of the yard.

I have used this provider several times in the past because of the reasonable rates coupled with impeccable service and follow-through. For this project, we had two 30 foot trees cut down and stumps ground, one 20ft tree cut and stump ground, and two 40-50 foot trees trimmed. The recent wet weather, though, had delayed the start of this job by several weeks, which I understood, but an email update would have been helpful.
Nonetheless, when the crew arrived, the owner, Paul, introduced me to his new supervisor, John. John was with the job the whole time and checked with me at various stages of the work to make sure that we were completely satisfied, which we were.
I cannot say enough to praise John's professionalism and extra efforts. For example, he personally began to trim dead branches off a tree that we had not even paid Paul's company to do. In addition, when one of our kids stepped out of the house to look at the biggest tree being cut down and asked me if we could count the tree rings, I had said we couldn't because they were still working. John and his crew must have overhead, because after they left, we found a little souvenir left behind made from the big tree that was cut down .
I would definitely use these guys again.

His office was very prompt in following up, got me a proposal quickly, was able to adapt to my special request ( i wianted mushroom compost rather than peat moss) The work was done within a few days of my deposit. and the price was fair and reasonable. A large crew did the work. I am very pleased with this business!

I had used this company in the past and so chose them again for this particular job. I had originally found them thru servicemagic
I asked for a quote and met with the owner Paul within a few days to review my job requirements; I received a quote by email within 4 business days afterwards.
Price was reasonable overall, though the two replacement bushes were somewhat higher than the market rate for these plants (I found the plant prices online) even accounting for labor.
Work itself was excellent. However, I should note that the job description was only conveyed verbally to the work crew and so some details of what I wanted was probably lost (think of the game "whisper down the lane") as the crew arrived on a day when I was not home. The work crew actually came back twice (the first revisit I was in my driveway starting my car to rush to work, so was only able to quickly tell them what I wanted), so I made sure I was home the entire time the second revisit.
Crew was very professional and courteous and did an excellent job of cleanup afterwards, even going beyond what I had asked them.
This companyreally believes in the quality of their work, so if they don't get it where you want it the first time, they willingly come back. I would only advise potential customers to try to be around when the crew does their work to relate to them yourself exactly what you want, especially if it is unusual or tricky. Would definitely use them again.
