The whole process went very well. John McGovern came out to do the quote himself and explain the small things that did need to be addressed before he could start due to the style of the mobile home. Once we agreed to the costs He got the drawings to the park's power that be(they are stupidly picky) and the building permit.it took about 2 weeks to get materials in and by the end of the 3rd week it took them less than a day to have the whole roof, insulation and all done. It looks Great and all materials have a 25 year factory warranty. I am more than pleased.
