In business for 27 years supplying and installing building products for new construction and residential customers. We have 20 employees and do not use sub contractors. We offer our services in PA, NJ, and DE. We are licensed in all 3 states and most municipalities. L & R Is a member of the HBA (Home Builders Association).

"[member name removed]. Thank you for your review. Just to clear up a couple of issues. I originally walked your home with the builder & [member name removed]. I was given and went over many options. Once the options were agreed on, I instructed to [member name removed] to label each bedroom with blue painters tape so there would be no mistakes in installing your shelving. Obviously since the closets were close in size errors were made. When You called me directly, you gave me instructions as to what closet had to be changed. I again requested you to label the closets, and again they were not labeled. Our third attempt someone was present to give us definite locations. When I first met your wife, I told her that when custom locations per closets are requested, either closet's have to be labled or someone must be present for instruction. I apologize for your the wasted time on both of our parts, however, I do not believe your review is fair based on the facts. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Have a wonderful weekend.
