THEY OFFERED A LOW PRICE, BUT WHEN THEY GOT TO OUR HOUSE THEY SAID THAT THE INEXPENSIVE PROCESS WOULD NOT WORK ON OUR CARPET. THEN WE HAD TO NEGOTIATE A PRICE THAT WE BOTH COULD DEAL WITH. 2-3 DAYS LATER MY CARPET WAS STILL WET. MY ADVICE IS TO MAKE SURE YOU GET A TRUCK EVACUATION SYSTEM, NOT A LITTLE CANISTER TYPE.
