Any time you would call him he said he would get back to you the next day, and never would! I gave him a deposit for four windows ($1100), he continued to make excuses about where the windows were. 1 week before our court date he finally admitted "I don't have the windows." Continually tried to make me feel comfortable with him, and would continually reassure me he would do the job. He gave me $1000 back, still owes me $214 which includes court costs. I would not highly not recommend him!
Description of Work: He did crown moulding in my dining room and one wall in my bedroom.

THE ONLY REASON THAT ANY OF THIS HAD HAPPENED WAS DUE TO SOME HEALTH ISSUES WITH MY HANDS AND FEET. I KNOW IT SOUNDS KIND OF UNUSUAL, BUT I WAS SUFFERING FROM A SKIN CONDITION THAT IS CALLED "DISHYDROTIC ECZEMA" WHICH CAN BE VERY PAINFUL AND CRIPPLING AT TIMES. I HAVE MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS WHICH ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT I HAVE DONE FOR THEM, AND I CANNOT APOLOGIZE ENOUGH THAT THE MEMBERS WORK FELL INTO THAT PERIOD OF TIME. I WISH HER ALL THE BEST, AND NOW THAT THE SKIN CONDITION IS UNDER CONTROL, THROUGH MANY VISITS TO THE HOSPITAL, DERMATOLOGISTS AND SPECIALISTS, I HOPE SHE WOULD RECONSIDER USING KEENER CONCEPTS.
