Bill definitely went the extra mile for me. My bathrooms look great and Bill is very detailed oriented. Made sure we agreed on everything before and during the project. Very easy to work with and he cleaned up everyday before he left. I've had other contractors that I would never have back in my home and finding Bill was a great relief. Very meticulous and the work looks great!!

Contacted JLS and he was able to come out the next day to measure, pickup the grab bars at Home Depot and install them.  He did a very nice job and left the work area immaculate.  I would not hesitate to hire again or recommend to others.

Bill was very professional and answered all my calls and questions promptly. Showed up on time and started work right away. When done, everything was completely cleaned up and everything looks fabulous. Very fair price and he picked up some materials himself that were needed to complete the jobs which was a great help. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing work done. Thank You Bill!

We recently moved into an older home which seems to create a bi-monthly punch out list.  Bill was awesome!  He was kind, professional, prompt, communicated and exhausted our list within his quoted time frame and within his price.  Bill worked tirelessly in order to stand by his word.   We could not be happier with Bill.  He is a gentleman with an excellent work ethic.  Already started his next list!

Great resource for small handyman jobs around the house.  I was frustrated that when I called a few other handyman type services advertised on Angie's, they were really just looking for big jobs, but Bill was completely comfortable with handling even some of our smaller tasks.
He was highly responsive and came out almost right away to give us an estimate.  At the estimate, he even gave my husband some ideas on how he could actually handle the task himself instead of paying him to do it- really was impressed by that as it showed he's an honest guy not just trying to make a buck, but cares about the relationship with his clients.
Ultimately the job done was completely as expected  and on time, and we felt fairly priced.  Will definitely give Bill a call again when we have another punch sheet of things to get accomplished around the home.
Was also friendly to my 4 year old daughter and dog.

Bill promptly returned my phone call to get a description of the job and to set up an appointment to look at it and to give me an estimate. He was on time, took measurements of the wood to be replaced and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He called me within a couple of days to set up an appointment to make the repair. Again, Bill arrived on time and completed the repair. He replaced the rotted wood with a piece of plastic lumber (per my request) that will not rot and is maintenance free. The aluminum trim piece on top of the wood got a little bent and does not stay in place, even when it was caulked into place (no big deal). The replacement wood fixed the problem.

Bill has stopped by the last week of June and then he had given me an fair estimate. Once we identified an date we met a day prior in home depot and proceeded to buy all the required items for the install. Bill brought the items to the work site and proceeded to install the composite steps to the patio along with Sleeves and its cap. He worked non stop for 5 hours and he charged by the hour.

Amazing talent and knowledge. Charges by the hour and/or job, but very good, fair pricing up front. Doesn't stop, always on the go. Very knowledgeable on just about everything. Extremely friendly and professional. Very clean. I will be hiring Bill again for more work on kitchen cabinets, flooring, etc.
BTW - when he says 9am, its 9am! not 8:55 or 9:05.....very prompt. I've been around and used lots of people in my lifetime. He's one of the best and quot;contractorsand quot; I have ever done business with. This guy's good!

There was a large hole in my stairwell going to the basement. Bill did a great job, you can't even tell there was a hole in the wall.

Great guy, dedicated to his work. He work very hard and made sure all the work was done correctly. He took his time completing the back splash and created a beautiful design. We are always getting compliments on our kitchen, especially the back splash.

We really did not want to spend a lot of money on replacing our old medicine cabinet. JLS came up with a solution that myself and my husband were really happy with. Almost everyone else I called wanted to replace the whole thing or they never even returned our phone calls. Bill was very nice and returned our calls right away. I would use him again for bigger more expensive jobs in a heart beat.
