Roofing
The porch roof is a hip roof that has a pitch on three different sides, so the water runs down 3 different sides. He was supposed to put gutters on all three sides and only put a gutter on one side. The main issue I have is with the shed. When he shingled the shed roof, he shingled over delaminated rotten plywood. After 18 months a large section of the roof blew off during the storm Sandy and then approximitley 12-15 other shingles just randomly fell on the ground. I personally ripped off all the shingles and saw that the wood was all rotten. I tried to call him and tell him that I would rip off the shingles and replace the wood if he would purchase new shingles and come replace the work and he said that there was no warranty that covered that.
