Need I say more!

I purchased it through Angie's list. I was able to make the appointment when I wanted to have it installed. They called me that day and said they were going to be a few minutes late. They took out our old toilet and replaced it with a new one. It look about an hour to have the job done. It looks good!

Milt toured my property and listened to all the issues we had.  The problem turned out to be a dryer improperly vented that created moisture in areas it should have.   He really knows what he is doing.

They could not perform the work.

It went so well from the beginning as he even arrived early. He diagnosed a very easy fix and after he found a replacement gasket --- no more leak and has been working like new since then.

The sewer line was snaked 3 times and cleaned out.

I needed my hot water heater replaced. I was referred to J & M by friends; I called and the owner/operator was out to my residence within approximately 5 hours. My new hot water heater was installed and the old one removed from my home within 45 minutes! Both of the gentlemen were courteous, polite and tidy. After they were finished with the installation, they mopped up my tile floor. I was extremely impressed and would recommend this business to anyone !

Work was done promptly and politely, even offered to take out the trash for us on his way out. Definitely recommend if you're in need of services!

Excellent - not knowing this plumber or company prior, I believe that this was a great selection. The response and cooperation to coordinate schedules and service provided could not have been better.

The plumbers had a everything back in working order very quickly.

From the moment I called the number and Jen (owners wife) answered, I felt that they truly wanted to help up no matter what.  Very nice and friendly.  And very helpful.  Milt was here same day to take care of our drain.  I won't hesitate to call again for any plumbing needs at the office or at home.

It went extremely well. Milt ran a motorized snake down the pipe from beneath the kitchen sink to break up/remove the clog which consisted mostly of fat deposits from food he told me. He then hooked up his camera & snaked it down the pipe & showed me the pipe was clear & then ran water down the pipe which I could clearly see was flowing smoothly. The only issue my wife and I had afterwards was we noticed there was a slight leak underneath the kitchen sink later that day. There were a few drops of water that were leaking out from the typically hand tightened PVC pipes under the sink. Those pipes have always been an issue even for me after I had taken them apart in the past. They have to be put back together just so. We havent heard back from J&M regarding this issue since we expressed this concern. I know they're a good distance from us (approx 25 miles/40 min), but I feel we've been left hanging. I'm not a plumber & don't want to fiddle with those cantankerous pipes again--that's what I hired them for. I'm between a rock & a hard place because I thought the overall service was excellent until finding that small leak. Still waiting to put our household cleaners back under the sink.

The provider arrived within the same business day as called.  The installers were very efficient and professional.  The job was completed very quickly and properly.  I would certainly use this company again.  I believe their pricing was more than fair.

Everything went very smooth.  He was a very nice guy and nothing unseen popped up and it all went as estimated.

Perfect, met every expectation.

He arrived on time. It didn't take him much time at all to discover where the leak was coming from and what to do to fix it so he was in and out very quickly. He said it was such an easy job that he'd give me a break on the price as well which was very nice. If I ever need help in the future I'll be sure to call them.

Extremely happy. When first reached out Milt was on vacation and in an amusement park but still took time out to try and help me fix the problem. After I couldn't get it started he showed up the next day just after getting home from his vacation. We have used J & M on many occasions and we have never been disappointed.

Pricing was the best we quote we received and it stayed the same price after the work was done.

Perfect!   J&M Plumbing came in, explained things perfectly, did the job quickly and professionally.  Looking at the work afterwards, the pipes and valves they installed were well done.  No flux dripping anywhere.  Afterwards, they explained again what they did and also what to watch out for, since we live in an old house.  Great service!   Great attitude!  Great!

This company has worked numerous times with my clients and never a complaint about any aspect of their plumbing repairs.  In fact even after a year or more had passed after a repair they did I had a client call me because they thought there may be a problem, Milt, one of the owners without delay went to the property to see what the problem was; as it turned out the new problem had nothing to do with the water line replaced, but with another line to their heater.  This client called to thank me for such great... service because of them.  I looked good because they are great at their job!
