Home Building, General Remodeling
Poor quality work. Does not follow proper construction procedures. He knows what to do but cuts corners to cut cost. Run away from him.

Explained above, it went downhill quick when Casey received a $1,000 check from me for the work in progress. Do not pay for the work until it is completed. Ask to see his Missouri contractor's license. Watch the work while in progress. It could have turned out much worse for me if I had contracted with him to do a mini-apartment transformation of a portion of my woodshop.

"This home owner is out of his mind and I tried to work with him.He saw the work and supplied the materials he wanted me to use including the nails.He had no problem with anything and I would not having taking a check without the satisfying the home owner first.We worked on this job for very cheap to help our veterans out and the guy was nuts.he would lock us in the house like as if we were not even there and when we would go outside he would lock us out again like we were not there.The day it rained we werer at his house and he was nowhere to be found.That day and night we tried to reach him and finally the next day he called and asked where were we at yesterday and we told him we were there and he wasn't and he said he was at the doctors and we explained we cannot work in your house if we cannot get inside.We have been in business for many years and we learn a lot about people some good some bad and some just crazy.I hope the medication he is taking helps him cause we liked the guy.We hope everyone who reads the review does not believe for one bit we would ever do what he has written.We have been in business for over 20yrs and never have had any complaints and always guarantee our work and craftmenship and get all manufacture warranty for the home owner and give our guarantee to the home owner too."
