+ 2 moreRobert Heffner, from Heffner's Home Improvements, 267-243-3413, was contracted and fully paid to install 2 windows in my home. He arrived, partially installed one window, dropped and broke the bay window, and promised to return. He never did return, and will not answer my phone calls. Unless I take him to court I don't know what else to do. Buyer beware!!!
Description of Work: 2 new windows, one double hung, one bay
