Dias Ceramic Tile

Mr. Dias was inconsistent while doing the work. He would show up for a few days and then found excuses not to come other days. He once told me he had a doctors appointment and had to leave early. I later noticed his truck in the driveway of another customers house. This took place a few years ago and I recently discovered water leaking into my kitchen from the ceiling. I call in a plumber (not the same one that was on the job), he discovers that the water is coming from the shower. The pan which was replaced is leaking as well as tiles bulging out from the wall of the shower. Water had gotten behind them as well as the floor tiles. I had other professionals come out and they were appalled at the poor workmanship of Antonio Dias. From the floor that was put down to all the work completed, will need to be done all over again. In addition to my kitchen ceiling which has to be removed and replaced due to the wood being wet. It's unfortunate that he took advantage of honest people with his unprofessional work, inflated prices and ego.
