My brother had used C.E.R.T. for some work in his mother-in-laws house to prepare it for sale. I did a little further investigation and found some reviews out there praising the work that C.E.R.T. does and their fair pricing. I called them to get some estimates and arranged to have them come out that evening. they arrived as promised and we discussed some options. I received an immediate quote and made my decision a couple days later. When I called the middle of that week I was given the option of having the work done that weekend. C.E.R.T. arrived as promised at 9 am. It was a big job and was completed as anticipated later that day afternoon. C.E.R.T. worked in a professional manner and did a nice job cleaning up after the work was done. I paid them the amount that was quoted.(No "surprises"!)
