The service was pretty good. My only complaint was that the power washing run off dirtied my windows.

"darin" came out with estimates that sounded good and "wanted me to check them out angie's list" to prove they were great.
well, darin dropped off 2, sometimes 3 guys, mostly 2 who didn't drive there themselves, and w never supervised because "darin" always came at the end of the day to pick them up. the last time i saw them was 6-21-13 and now, it's "darin with a lady friend coming to try and fix the terrible job his employees did. there are so many things that have not been corrected, such as a 7 light strip light fixture broken, painted on, and bulbs blowing out. walls that looked like children had done it. it is a terrible job done by guys who "just wanted to get done" and wait to pick them up. "darin" left,

Although they just finished yesterday and one of the review was of post-work cracking, we could not be happier with Bradley at this point. While he may have "dropped" off the workers as one review said, they were all extremely professional. If a mistake was found, they apologized again and again while fixing it immediately. The workers joked with my family at times but knew they had a job to do so they kept it to a minimum. Overall, a great experience. We would recommend them to anyone.

After Bradley Painting completed the project and the paint dried it cracked all over on a good part of the bottom floor of our home. Our wood flooring was also ruined with paint stains and spackle dust embedded in the wood knots. Long story short and many phone calls later they agreed to repaint and clean the floors. This was now over a month later. They did repaint the affected walls and they have not cracked again, however, the work in some areas is quite sloppy. Their solution to fix the wood floor was a bristle brush so it wasn't cleaned as we didn't want our floor scratched. Working with sponges we still haven't gotten the spackle dust out.

Poor workmanship he would drop off workers and pick them up at the end of the day. They were unprofessional, the paint job looked like the work of a child. overall poor work.

Never had the work done by this company.  The only positive thing I can say is that the estimate was very fair.  They are rude, arrogant, and unprofessional and this is all before the work is even done.

I had a terrible experience with these painters.  Instead of scraping  the trim it looked like they  painted over the peeling paint. After I called, they did come and fix an area but the paint is already peeling off in several other areas.  Also, when I arrived home I found a large patch of paint on my front yard. (approx. 3'x8')  It looked like they had emptied their paint buckets and never washed it away.  Not the best first impression. I also had this company power wash my aluminum siding.  They removed the paint so the siding had large horizontal stripes on it. When I contacted the owner he said that it was a common occurence called oxidation. However, nothing was mentioned about this when they gave me the quote and no one stopped and contacted me when they saw it happening.  I had to pay another company to come paint my entire siding as I didn't even want them back on my property. 

....You guys were really great!! I could not have been more comfortable with the performance and experience from Bradley Painting! It all began when I admired the work they had done in my neighbors home. I inquired about who had done the work and they referred me to Bradley Painting. They too raved about their experience. My first encounter was with Tim Bradley, the owner. He promplty came out to my home and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He was very knowledgeable and assured me that the job would be completed to perfection. His confidence and expertise made me give him the work.... Well Tim, Superb Job! I couldnt have been more satisfied with how it turned out. Christopher Bradley (Tim's son) showed up to actually do the work. I was overwhellmingly impressed right from the beginning. Chris's attention to my needs and requests and the desire to please me, the customer, kept my overall attitude positive and trustworthy. I kept a close eye on this job and it kept a permanent smile on my face, I couldnt have been more pleased. Breath-takingly beautiful!! Thanks so much! Definitely "A Job Well Done."

The owner met with my wife and provided an estimate. Tim was very nice, gave a fair estimate and the crew showed up on time. The problem was that he handed the job off to his crew and they didn't handle things well. They showed up the first day with no paint and then asked my wife to buy it. This was not part of the deal, they were supposed to provide the paint. They were able to remove the wallpaper the first day, but the job was delayed by a day due to not having paint. The next day they showed up with no painters tape (and they asked if we had any). This seemed very odd to me, how do professional painters not bring their necessary items to do the job? These were simple things to overlook at first, but they were a sign of what was to come. The most disappointing thing was the lack of respect shown to our property. They left a mess not only after each day, but even at the end. There was wallpaper residue on our cabinets and tons of spackle dust everywhere. Honestly we didn't expect them to make the place spotless, but I was surprised at how they left the kitchen. They managed to track paint onto our living room carpet. They did clean it after my wife pointed it out (although we can still see the spot). I noticed where they spilled paint on the bricks outside our front door. I don't know how they didn't notice that and clean it up. After the snow melted I noticed they dumped paint in my front yard ground cover area and I just noticed a pail of paint in my bushes. I was really disappointed at the lack of respect shown for my property. In addition, they agreed to return to paint a hallway. They never returned and we have never heard from them again. This ended up being a good thing since we hadn't paid them for that at the time. Overall level of quality wasn't bad, but it was overshadowed by the other things.
