+ -1 moreThe cord of wood was delivered promptly on the site, right on time, driver did a good job. The wood was claimed to be seasoned and split, but: about 10% of wood is rotten, about 40%-50 of the wood is not properly split, at least its not what I have seen before. Overall moisture content anywhere I checked is 25-35% which is wet, unseasoned and likely was not properly stored. It may be ok for those who use regular fireplaces, but we have high efficiency insert with glass which will get all the creosote from unseasoned wet firewood which will not burn well. I had a much better experience with Tand T tree service who delivered a much better quality wood in the middle of the winter for the same price.

+ -1 moreI called on Tuesday to order home heating oil and they came the next day to fill the tank. The driver was very polite and answered all my questions he even let me know when he was finished and gave me a receipt on the spot for my order. I will definately use Big Oak again.
