I called Bryan and we immediately set up a convenient appointment to have the work done. Bryan came when scheduled and did a great job for the service we requested. He was very courteous and professional and also offered good suggestions on some general questions that we had. The price was very reasonable. Would hire again and recommend his work to others.

I was painting my front door and could not get the locks off. I called Bryan to come out and he said he would try to coach me through the lock removal on the phone so that I would not have to pay him for a visit. We tried this but I still needed his help so he came out. He removed the locks and waited for me to paint the door. When the paint dried he reinstalled them. He is such a pleasant person and he was so nice to do this so that I didn't have to pay for two visits. The locks work perfectly and I highly recommend him and will certainly call him again.

first Brian took the tme and trouble to attempt a diagnosis and guide me through a fix by phone/ipad in the interest of time and at no charge. Unfortunately the problem was too complex to resolve this way, so Brian agreed to come to my home the next morning (a saturday) and bring a replacement lock.  Brian did indeed arrive on time and cheerfully completed the work.  He was professional, personable, and thorough. I would gladly recommend him to others and call him again in future

Brian arrived within the hour late on a Saturday before Easter and bailed us out. He fixed the problem very quickly and was on his way. We were very satisfied

Bryan answered the phone when I called and we scheduled an appointment for 2 days later at our request. He arrived at the appointed time. Was friendly and efficient. Price was as quoted over the phone. Our deadbolts now work perfectly on both doors

We wanted to change all the cylinders of the lock with a new one common key and later when they were working we decided to get a new dead bolt installed. They arrived on time and did everything professionally. It took them 2 hours to do everything.

I called Brian and he told me had to see his doctor first.  So there was an understandable delay.  He did call within a couple of hours and we met within 10 minutes at the storage unit.  He was able to jimmy the lock within 5 minutes allowing me access to my storage unit.
I wanted to pay with a credit card(as sited on his info provided to Angie's List), but he told me was having problems and would only accept a check or cash.  When he told me the total, I asked if the 15% Senior Discount mentioned in his info on Angie's List had been applied.  He seemed confused when I mentioned this, but reduced the price by $5.00.  This wasn't  15%, but he did do a quick job and I thought the overall price was reasonable.
I took his business card and plan to hire him again if  I need a locksmith.

Brian (B&M Lockout) responded in just one day after the initial phone call for a change out of a broken front door knob lock. When he arrived (on time as scheduled), he also replaced  the deadbolt with a matching same key which also matched our garage side door. He was on time, courteous, professional and very mindful of his surroundings with the carpet and made an excellent effort to keep the area clean . Professionalism is still alive in Philadelphia. Job well done. Highly recommended for any future Lock job.

Bryan was wonderful. He promptly returned my call and was available at my convenience. He instructed me on what type of lock to purchase and when I could not find the correct lock he even went to the home store for me to find the proper lock. He was very cheerful and pleasant and I did not feel uncomfortable at all having him in my home when my husband was at work. I highly recommend Bryan! You will get excellent service!

I have heard of this company in the past from friends and family but forgotten the name till I saw it on Angie list. I immediately called and spoke to Bryan (the owner). He quoted prices on the phone and there were no hidden fees! He is highly skilled and works alone..so as he advertised and quot;the person you talk to on the phone is the person you will see at your doorand quot; He is professional, respectful and very intelligent. I have heard horror stories from other people about bait and switch from other comanies...you Will NOT find this with this company! I was also given 6 keys at no extra cost !! Just like you find a good doctor, dentist, hair dresser etc, I feel I found a GREAT LOCKKSMITH that I will continue to use and recommend!

I needed three locks changed ASAP on a Sunday morning. Bryan got here in one hour - traveling from another county. My situation was serious and he was very kind and efficient and gave me some peace of mind. I recommend his service without reservation.

Excellent prompt service. I called and Bryan was at my house within 45 minutes! He checked out everything and explained exactly what had to be done.
