Very Friendly. Very prompt. Some items broken (they paid for them with no hassle). Some items lost. We recieved some items that were not ours.

We have moved several times due to my husbands military career. This company did such a good job. They made sure everything was labeled clearly and accurately. They packed things securely, so nothing broke. I feel it was organized. They did a good job.

The whole process went smoothly starting with the estimate (which was totally accurate) and continuing with the support and setup information we needed to be ready for moving day. Michael King, agent of Ace Worldwide was punctual in responding to our questions and concerns. The other company's regional coordinator was equally responsive. Moving and unpacking was handled professionally. Our crew was considerate, professional and friendly; and they made every attempt to accommodate our needs--especially our special requirements for the arrival date. One furniture item sustained minor damage. Atlas responded promptly and repaired the item with a minimum of hassle.

ACE DID A GREAT JOB WITH MY MOVE BY BEING ON TIME, INFLICTING A MINIMUM OF DAMAGE TO ANY OF THE FURNITURE, AND COMPLETING THE JOB WITHIN THE NECESSARY TIME FRAME. THEY PROPERLY STAFFED THE JOB FOR THE AMOUNT OF FURNITURE AND BOXES BEING MOVED, ALLOWING THE JOB TO BE COMPLETED WITHIN THE DEADLINES REQUIRED BY THE BUILDINGS. THE FINAL CHARGES ALSO CAME IN RIGHT ON BUDGET AS PROMISED. THE COUPLE OF PIECES OF FURNITURE THAT DID INCUR A NICK OR SCRATCH WERE PROMPTLY AND SATISFACTORILY REPAIRED AT MY REQUEST. AS WITH ALL MOVERS, YOU SHOULD BE DILIGENT ABOUT POST MOVE INSPECTION TO THAT ANY DAMAGE CLAIM CAN BE HANDLED ON THE SPOT, WHICH THEY DID WITH COURTESY.
