Description of Work: They installed a new heater in December 2012 and we have had nothing but problems since. It's doing the same thing as the old heater and now they want to charge us for service calls. We've had 4 so far...not a good scenario for a brand new system! The product was junk! The company is a complete rip off!!! Watch 'em! They change their location frequently so they are difficult to track.
