Our experience with them has been great. They were initially sent out to us by our home warranty company that we had when we first bought the house. When our central air unit needed replacement, they gave us a very competitive bid and helped us file all the paperwork needed for various rebates. They are extremely professional and do a high quality job. Sometimes the responsiveness is not great, but we feel it's reasonable. It's not something we put high on our list. We value quality at a reasonable price and professionalism as the two most important things we look for in a contractor. They rank very high in those categories.

They did a good job for me. They delivered the heaters as good as they said, and maybe even better. They were very nice people to deal with, and very helpful. They removed the old heater and a big steel boiler. We did have a few communication problems, but they delivered as advertised. Compared to the other 2 estimates that I had, what they gave me was good. The other companies didn't want to remove the boiler, they wanted me to do it, and I wanted someone who would do it all. I will use them in the future.

Our air conditioner broke on a Friday evening during one of the hottest days of the summer. They came out at 7pm and fixed the problem without charging an exorbitant fee. We had used Alpha Mechanical in the past as well for various air conditioning problems and yearly maintenance. When you call, they are always very personable and their technicians are always professional. I would highly recommend them.
