The person who came out was fabulous. We also are planning to have him come out to do a basement remodeling. He made our mudroom a showplace with cabinets, shelves and fancy backing; it turned out absolutely incredible. He is very meticulous; it has to fix perfectly, good enough will not do. I consider his price very fair and the workmanship was extraordinarily good. He got the job done within a reasonable amount of time. He got the job finished within a week and then he went into our garage and put up a whole bunch of shelving for us, tore out some stairs that the builder had put in and put them back in so they were straight and safe, including new railings. He also put new railings outside in front. They really add to the house. We also are going to have him do some hardscaping and a new deck for us. He explained exactly what he thought, listened to our input and then got back to us with what he understood that we said so we both were on the same wave length. We knew what he was going to do every step of the way and he did exactly what he said he would do. The jobs have all turned out absolutely superior.

Mark's responded to the initial request quickly, was easy to schedule, and performed excellent work as promised and on time (approximately a 6-day project). He even worked around a delivery delay with a custom trim piece.
