AIRFORDABLE HEATING AND COOLING

Avoid! Terrible support and unprofessional. We spent over $5000 for a dual Fujitsu heat pump system with Airfordable. They were supposed to come out to look at our system last Tue, as it stopped cooling. They missed their appointment. No calls, not texts. Then, they became entirely unresponsive. We have all the texts to prove it. It is unforgivable for an HVAC company to refuse support on their own installs!

My gas heating system had been erratic for ~ the last 24 hrs. ... not coming on at times and other times not reaching the programmed temperature. I contacted Air-Fordable HVAC ... left a message regarding my problems before 8:00 AM this morning. By mid-morning I received a call back from Hector, who said he would be at my home by 11:00AM. He arrived before 11:00 AM... much to my delight. I told what was happening... showed him the thermostat and he set it to a higher temperature. Asked to see the gas furnace... checked it out ... nothing major, just needed the flame sensor cleaned. Then back to the thermostat... checked the programmed setting and said, that thing is working fine. Then there was HEAT! Hector is very knowledge and real professional. I asked him many question, which he took his time to answer... great listener!

Hector was able to come out to my home right away. He was not as expensive as other companies and he made the job look simple. He was on time for the appointment and very neat. I will be using him in the future.

After another-higher-estimate we decided to hire Hector for our project due not only to his price but his knowledge, attitude, and experience. He followed through on everything that he said he would do and quickly responded to our phone calls and questions, all in the midst of a heat wave and high demand for his services. As in the other reviewer's experience, he brought Joe Quallet and his son to help with the installation. The installation was performed quickly and professionally--we had three people available to answer all of our questions. Clean up was exceptional. When I was not happy with the appearance of some of the tubing Hector returned with more shrouding and covered it to my satisfaction.Our experience certainly was positive and I highly recommend Hector to anyone looking to install a similar system.

I had actually hired Hector (Airfordable Heating and Cooling), for a dual Fujitsu ductless mini split - 24,000 btu condenser with dual 12k BTU interior heat pumps). The price was reasonable at $5000 and Hector also took care of all the permits.

Hector has worked extensively with Quallet HVAC over the last several years and knew that they had a great deal of experience with ductless split ACs. So, even though Hector is certified with Fujitsu, it is to his credit that he knows really good people to pull into a job to make the overall experience really solid for the homeowner. So, bottom line, I got the A-TEAM for my job, and am very pleased.

Joe Quallet and his son Joe are Very knowledgeable and experienced - and it SHOWS. I'm an engineer in my trade as well so I'm very detailed oriented and did lots of research before pulling the trigger on this project. I also asked a fair number of questions, to make sure that I'd understand the installation and they took the time to make sure that I was comfortable with things. They also cleaned up during the day as well as at the end, and made sure that I got the warranty information that I would need.
