TERRIBLE. FULL, ELABORATE SCAM, borderline legal. The way they fool you is by not putting any due date in the contract, so they keep delaying the work forever, AFTER having received and cashed in your 50% down payment. We have a thread with 61 emails, started 10 months ago, and at every interaction there is a new excuse for delay, plus they promised specific start dates 4 or 5 times, with reassuring phrasing "you are next!", or "next week the crew will come out", and they never come, of course. At this point it's blatant, but at the beginning you believe them... Steer clear of this business, they are just cashing out your downpayment and then play the infinite delay game. Not even sure how they can still be around..

I paid a deposit for $934.04 last February but they have not started the job. I tried reaching out to them several times but I couldn't get in contact with them.

Spoke to the owner and he came out very fast to get the down payment and it was cashed in two days. That was in January and signed a contract for a 5' vinyl fence. Told me no problem, fence will be put up in a month or month and a half. Said Karen will make the arrangements for the installation. I called the end of February and they gave me a date. Stayed home waiting ,no show. Left a message and finally I was told I was not on the schedule. Absolutely no communication. Made another time and again no communication. Finally I got my fence installed the end of March after telling them if they didn't show up I want my money back. Now my problem is, a 6' fence was installed. The installer had no idea I was suppose to get a 5' fence. He was never told by the owner and I showed him the contract. Still paid the balance because he said he had to get it. Got in touch with Karen and John called me. He forgot I wanted the 5'. The installer told me that a 5' is a special order. So now not only I don't know if I paid for a special order and didn't get it. John called me and said they can cut it down and they were coming April 2. Again no show and they have my money anyway. I don't know how it can be cut and look okay. Absolutely no communication . Karen told me she is overwhelmed getting calls and texts and making appointments. Well hire someone!!!! This is no way to run a business.

Do not hire this company. I paid $2000 down payment in advance and was told fence would be installed in four weeks from hire date. After 14 weeks and multiple phone calls and texts without a response, I was finally given excuse after excuse why installation was delayed. After taking two days off from work and both days cancelled AFTER I called and called, I got my down payment returned. The lack of communication was astounding. Do not hire this company!!!

They were wonderful company, very reliable, honest and we were happy with their service, they did a good job in clean up and I would gave them 10 stars.
