We scheduled the work to be done on October 25, 2014 and gave a deposit for the work. Two guys (one named Bob) showed up to do all the work on October 25, 2014. They never checked to see if there were any leaks, damage, or if everything was done correctly because they told us it would be fine and to just cover the pool for the winter. They said if there were any
problems just call when we open the pool in summer and they would come out and fix any problems for we had paid for the guarantee. I kept insisting they check for leaks, but they told me not to worry.
We opened the pool for the summer of 2015 and found the skimmer was constantly leaking. We kept calling Dave only to find that he gave up the business to the two guys (one who is Bob) that came out to do the work in October. The two guys (one is named Bob) are using the Above Water Pools Name but are using a New Jersey telephone number. Then they get a 267 area code
number. I called Bob from May 9, 2015 till June 29, 2015. Bob finally agrees to come look at the pool on June 30, 2015.
My camera showed Bob in the yard with two other guys just sitting on my deck laughing. Bob never told me he was in my yard as I had asked him to call when he came. I ran out to talk to them for they were leaving that fast. In my driveway they told me they fixed the problem and not to call again.
I am very disappointed with this company. I had to getanother company to come out and fix the problems.
And for the record, I have names, dates, telephone numbers, and pictures of everything I discussed above as proof of how bad this company is.
"One of the toughest challenges in this business is having to deal with unreasonable people who want you to address things beyond your control (and beyond the scope of work) pools leak, a lot of times we would rather go back and fix a leak then crack a plastic fitting unfortunately sometimes it takes a few trips to be able to find and repair that leak and people get impatient and act hastily.
