He finished my basement(900 sq ft). When he started off he was nice & was doing a good job .He gave me a quote of 9000+cost of flooring. 4 days before the job was to be completed, he cited some reasons & wanted the total money I owed him. He wanted a little more than what he quoted saying he had not anticipated this much. I was nice enough & gave him the extra 2500 he wanted. I had paid him 9000+2500+2500(flooring). After I paid him, he started going home between 2-3 pm & when questioned said he would finish the job as promised. Its been 3 days since & when I called him to come & finish, he says I have to pay him more for the material & labor b/c that s extra days he has to come & spend at my place. It s not his business anymore. Now my washer dryer is in the basement, not usable b/c the water is not connected. 4 of my switch boards have not been plated. My landing has just one coat of paint. All the walls need lots of paint touch. Don t even get me started on the mess.
Description of Work: I had written a report on this guy 4 days before also. But now I totally change my opinion. He finished my basement(900 sq ft). Took my washer/dryer to the basement from the upper level.
