About us

BC Pest Control LLC was founded in September 2011 by Robert Scott. After 20 years in the exterminating business Bob started his own business because he wanted to make a difference in the exterminating service industry. Working for other companies Bob noticed that people were being overcharged for okay service. He wants to bring excellence pest control services with affordable pricing and exceptional customer service skills. Service contracts are available upon request. BC Pest Control does not require contracts because we believe that if you are not completely satisfied with your service you should not be bound by a contract. We want our customers to have the freedom of changing companies at their leisure.

They did not resolve my problem and then when I gave him my credit card number, he overcharged me. He never issued me a refund either.

Mr. Scott was prompt and professional. We walked through the areas of the house where evidence of mice was present and he told me how they were getting in and placed poison baits in those spots. Was very helpful as there were some places where we did not realize mice had been there until Mr. Scott showed me. Interestingly the baits have not been eaten and we no longer see any evidence of the mice (and I have been checking obsessively) but we are keeping the bait out should they return. Either way I would call BC for pest control again should we need it.
