It is a son and father business. We have a modular home that is old and was originally done in paneling so we had them gut it, put in drywall, put framing around the windows, and rewire the total house. They brought in people to do the plumbing and wiring which is good. They were good until the very end when they were finishing things up because they wanted to move on to the next job. They still haven?t come back to do the little stuff. The son is excellent but the father, who does the estimating and coordinates things, was awful. We were paying as we went and it just got more and more expensive but there was nothing we could do because our house was gutted. I wouldn?t recommend them. The original estimate was $15,000, then we went up to $21,000, and we ended at $30,000. He never gave us the correct estimate; everything just kept getting more expensive. I never saw an invoice, he just gave me numbers and that was stupid on my part. They were rushing at the end and the measurements for the kitchen were wrong, so instead of telling us that the refrigerator was going to be too big for the space they pushed it in. We couldn?t get the door of the refrigerator open. If had told us from the beginning, we would have gotten a smaller refrigerator. They were supposed to come back and fix the scrapes on the wall, but they haven?t yet because they are on another job. They came every day at 7 and left at 3 even though there was plenty of light left in the day. We were staying in a hotel and they really weren?t too worried about getting us back in our house. I would not use them again.
