My wife called these guys. A few hours he called back and asked if he could come out. Minutes later he was at our door. Less then an hour later he was gone and left his bill of $47.70 behind. The port between the frig and freezer had frozen shut for some reason. Apparently the seal around the bottom of the frig door wasn't working properly and allowed the freezing to happen. He fixed the seal of course and showed my wife what to look out for so it doesn't happen again. Much better then buying a new upright frig/freezer!
