The sales lady was very informative, the estimator explained every detail and was spot on, and the installers were professionals with lots of experience and performed very well in areas that were tough. Cleaned up nice and kept us informed every step of the way. We gave them a key and went to work. Nothing was disturbed or out of place which showed their honesty. In comparison to others in the area, their price was more than fair. First time I ever used them but it will not be the last. Great team.

Went very well. The rep in the store (which has a large number of samples of all types of flooring) was very helpful. The man who came out to measure was on time and was prompt in getting back to us with their estimate. The installers did an excellent job and were extremely careful when they moved appliances so as not to damage floor. They also left behind a partial sheet of plywood for us to use if we need to move the appliances in the future.
