This independent contractor came out to our house on schedule. We had called him two days before to set up the appointment knowing that our spouting gutters were filled with debris from our trees and that a heavy rain was forecast soon. He was prompt and cleared a huge amount of tree leaves and gumballs from our large Sweet Gum tree from the gutters on all four sides of the house. We also had a slight roof leak and he found it immediately which was due to a cracked/displaced slate from the ice and snow of our severe Winter. He repaired several other broken slates. The man's name is David Sensenig. He is sensitive to his customer's concerns and works to solve the issues at hand in a professional manner.
