About us

Wizway Maintenance was started in 2011. After working at a local appliance store for over 20 years, I have left to serve a need in the Harrisburg area. Over the years I have done service in thousands of homes and feel there is a need to make the public aware of the dangers associated with their dryer. Wizway Maintenance specializes in dryer vent cleaning, installation and repair.We want to educate the public that poor dryer maintenance poses a danger as well as higher energy costs to operate. We seperate ourselves from others by not only cleaning the vent, we clean the dryer area and the cavity of the dryer. Most fires start "inside" the dryer, so we start our cleaning at this point and work to the outside of the building. CLEAN IT TODAY THE WIZWAY

I worry about dryer fires and knew I needed to get this dryer and vent system checked out and cleaned. I thought the lint and dust were just due to a dirty vent, but it turned out it was not connected correctly. It was the first time since moving here we had it checked and it was a mess. Jeff cleaned everything, including inside the back of the dryer and reconnected the vent properly. He was very professional and punctual. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to everyone I know. It was money well spent. Jeff did a great job.

We called and received a very prompt and professional response. Wizway Maintenance came out, climbed onto our roof and swept out our dryer vent line perfectly. We have very busy schedules and Wizway was able to make it all work out. Our dryer works great now! This is how a business should be run! Thanks Wizway!

He explained the source of the problem and the solution. He came back at the promised date and finished the job. He responded to emails and phone calls in a timely manner. If he didn't respond in 24 hours, he explains why and apologize.
