 + -1 moreWansford, Inc.'s local office is managed by Louis Chung and they use Crystal Window & Door Systems products. When this rental building was renovated in October 2011, Wansford replaced all 33 windows, including the screens and wrapping the sills. When a tenant moved out and left a broken screen, I contacted this company for a replacement. Because it would have cost more to ship the screen than the screen actually cost, Louis volunteered to have the screen shipped from the Crystal Window warehouse to his local facility at no cost to me! Then, he called me and made special arrangements for me to pick up the screen there. I drove 4 miles to pick up the window screen as part of my regular errands. That is customer service!!
Description of Work: Purchased replacement window screen for a 4-unit rental building that I own.
