They were fine and I’ve had no issues at all. They were professional and very thorough.

There was a very interested buyer even before I chose a real estate agency, and the condo sold to that couple shortly after listing.  So it's hard to tell what RSR would have done over the long haul.  As it was, they had to do very little.  Two agents with that company helped; Marti Garett was especially good, recommending a price lower than any other condo in the community in order to get a quick sale, and it happened just as she said it would including a bidding war that drove the sales price up.  She is very experienced and it showed.  I highly recommend her.

Very smooth and simple. Jamie helped me go over all my options as a home seller and made the whole thing much easier to understand. She knows all the ins and outs and lots of inside stuff and may things the normal seller would not think of to sell a home at it's full potential... She came to my house, looked things over and gave her honest, experienced opinion about what to and what not do do.
