+ 1 moreExtremely distressing concerning one alteration. I tried one pants hemming to check it out. That went OK. I tried a couple more items. On the last alteration everything went badly. The heavy woman who had sloppily "pinned" the side seams and hem HUFFED and refused to let someone else do it. The desk said no one else was available. I had a 7 day deadline. I returned and picked them up again and the left leg was twisted. They redid it but the twist was still there a little less noticeable. I asked for the manager and the owner arrived. It took a while to explain it all and I asked if he would pay for a replacement. He offered to give no charge for a sweater cleaning but refused to replace the pants. Guess what! The pants cost $30. I have never never had a business owner who refused to replace an item that they ruined.
Description of Work: Some alterations. One shoe repair. A few dry cleaning items.
