They did the work pretty quickly. It was hard to get them when I called. They were professional. They fixed the problem. I would check other services before using them in the future.

 

It took several weeks from the time we signed a contract until the system was installed. They asked for half the cost of the installation at the time we signed the contract with the other half payable on the day of installation. The two-person crew arrived at about 8 am and finished the job by 4 pm. The crew was personable and professional and cleaned up all of the debris before leaving. CW Fritz sized the new air conditioner and furnace simply by looking at the old units - they did not take any measurements of our house to ensure that we were getting the correct size equipment. They also did not examine our duct work to make sure that everything looked fine. I somehow thought that would be part of the package. Also, once the installation was done no one from the company ever checked back to ensure that everything was working to our satisfaction. Other companies I have used for home improvements (roofing and new kitchen) did make it a point to stop back after a week or so to ensure that the work was complete and we were satisfied. Still, CW Fritz did seem to do a good job with the installation.

They were very prompt and they communicated well. They are a very professional company. I would highly recommend them. They have excellent customer service.

They came out very promptly. They did the work quickly and it works nicely. They cleaned up any mess they made when they were done with the work.
