 + -1 moreAndy went over our car at length and discussed all our options. There were several levels of options, and prices, that Andy discussed. We were never pressured, which was nice! After we decided on the option for us, Andy led us into the showroom where he proceeded to show us all the equipment that would meet our needs. More choices to make! It was nice to not have to buy the most expensive equipment to get the job done. Also, we were working directly with the person performing the installation, as well as the owner of the company. It was nice to have that level of customer service. This isn't the fist time I have used Creative Car-Tunes. I really could be taken advantage of, as I know next to nothing when it comes to car audio. But Andy took the time to answer any and all questions and left us feeling really satisfied with our purchase.
Description of Work: My Ford Expedition had an expired navigation system (8 years old), no satellite radio and when the kids played movies, everyone had to listen to the movie! I wanted a new radio, with satellite capabilities and a dvd player that my kids could listen to with headphones while the other passengers could listen to music. Since the navigation was old, I didn't care if that stayed or went.
