I submitted my name and a picture of my damaged leather seat. I received a prompt reply and scheduled a day and time to have it looked at. I was told that the seat could be repaired and the next day I was given an estimate of the cost. I accepted the estimate and within 1 week the work was done at my home. It took about 3 hours and was very pleased with the results. The gentleman was very professional and personable. It would recommend this company for any leather repair.
