Steve is great. He is punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We are really glad we chose him to fix our issues and are confident that everything was done correctly and safely. We will be calling him for any future electrical problems.

I contracted Volkert Electric to install a generator after Sandy.
He’s work was so professional and well done I have uses his service for other electrical needs a few times since.
And so has a family member of mine when I referred him. He’s price is always good and his work is
outstanding. He takes great pride in what he does. Cleans up well and makes sure everything is safe.
I would highly recommend him!

I called because it was kind of an emergency on a Saturday. He was there within an hour or two. He even came here on a Saturday. The work he did was hard because the wires are not very long. He spent like an hour on just that job to make sure that everything went perfect. He just kept trying until he got it. He made sure he put the caps on and all the stuff that you have to do with that job. I will be calling him again for more jobs. He caulked the outside of my fuse box that he made sure was ok because it is from the fifties.
