They are not the cleanest workers, they don't really clean up after themselves, we do a lot of the cleaning. The guy has a very good heart, and you can see that he has good intentions, and so we are letting them continue, and finish the work. They are not very professional, and we wish they would do better. They grow on you, and they are really nice people. You can see that he is working very hard, and putting a lot of effort, but it is not what we expected. We clean everyday after they have left, and vacuum.  The pricing is good. They come in late, and leave early.

He arrived once with damaged flooring materials after I'd spent money to prep the rooms which included removal of carpeting, prepping and cleaning of floors. He had to purchase different flooring.. This installation process began in Sept of 2009 and we haven't heard back from him since the end of Oct 2009. He began bits and pieces of the job job but now a year later, the flooring is still in the box, I hired my cousin to finish the drywall and painting because it was left in such a mess. I continued calling him over and over and he had one excuse after the other and here a year later he left us in a mess with the money in his pocket. The last conversation we had he stated "I swear I'll be back to finish the job" but he never showed.
