Koch's is a pleasure to work with. Vinnie( technician) was on time for both appointments, polite, clean and helpful. The item had to be ordered and he even worked with my home warranty company to explain the problem. This is the second time I have used Koch's and will continue to use the for my service calls in the future.

After a call to Koch's a technician came promptly to service my old stove. He found that the model had been discontinued and although he checked for parts on the spot, could not found any. He promised to call back if the stove could be retrofitted with generic parts. A few hours later he called empty handed. He offered me to look at a refurbished in their showroom one that matched my other kitchen appliances in color and style.
When I went to show room owner Mr Koch came out of his office and solicited my old stove's story again. He spent time listening and then discussing to my satisfaction the stove's mechanisms especially in a discontinued brand for which there are no available parts.
Assistant Diane showed me the refurbished one and answered a few more of my questions. I liked it and bought it.
Two courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient workers delivered the stove at a convenient time for me. Installed it then checked and showed me the proper operation of all features and left in 20 minutes.

He came out on a Saturday when nobody else would to fix my refrigerator and got it taken of. I would absolutely recommend him to others. He was very nice and I was just so thankful that he came out for me.
