The employee came to get the details for an estimate. He stated it would take a couple of days for him to write it up. Never heard back from him.

Took a little time to arrange the work schedule but once we did he was reliable, performed with the expertise and professionalism necessary to repair a poorly done 15 year old job. The color match on one section was not correct but that was not apparent until the stucco had dried. Jim noticed it and assured me that he would correct the color once the weather warmed this spring at no charge, of course. I'm sure he will be good to his word.
