Mr Colaviti is an experienced contractor with professional integrity and good communication skills. He was very detailed in explaining the work he was proposing and why. He answered my questions with patience and accuracy. He often quoted the up to date construction codes that guide his excellent work. Mr Colaviti is a personable and respectful professional who does excellent work down to the last detail of sanding of the hand rails and cleaning the site.
