They were very nice. I never had a problem with them. Two guys came in with a big machine. They cleaned up. They were in and out in a jiffy. When I asked them for a bottle of stuff to put down the drain, they went right over to the store and brought it back to me. Of course, it's expensive, but I did try to use it. They did a great job.

I feel like a jerk talking to the guy, because I thought I was a member. If I would’ve known that, I would have never argued with the guy. I told him I was a member and asked if he wanted my membership number. He said, "no." I didn’t realize. I feel so bad now. He told me I only needed that membership if I wanted things to be under warranty, like if I had a problem or something happened or if they did something in my house and something went really bad. I would have you guys behind me and they would fix it. The toilet is fine, I have no complaints and I use it every day. The guy that did the toilet got a little agitated too because I was fighting with his boss. I was such a jerk to them, because I thought he was supposed to give me a discount. I didn’t know I was in the wrong, not him. It was a small toilet, but it’s fine. It’s not leaking anywhere. Everything about it is good. They came as soon as I called them. They got the toilet on their way over because they didn’t have it on the truck. They are close by. I was so confused by what he was trying to tell me, and I said no that is not what the girl told me. He tried to fix my faucet where the water drains in and out. That piece broke behind me there but he couldn’t fix it, so he wired it up so he could put it down the hole. He did not have to do that and he charged $30 extra for that. Which I think was a little much, because it still doesn’t work. But it doesn’t get clogged. I’m happy with that, he went out of his way to do that.The guy that was here was really nice. He did his job, I just didn’t understand my part with Angie’s list..

Very professional, arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend them and use them in the future.

Contractor showed up on time, did his work, told me his findings, and he even looked at the drain in the shower and showed me how to open and clear it (no charge for this time, although he probably could have charged). Explained guarantee, cleaned up, left place neat and clean.

Double sink at washer was cleared. Sink in powder room cleared. Shower drain cleared.
Double sink at bar was cleared.
Kitchen sink had a hole in a pipe and that was fixed too.
Fine job done. Very timely. Nice price. Very professional.

Things went very well and we were very happy with their service. They were on time, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. They were here within 2 hours of calling.

I would recommend them

They were there within an hour of my call, worked quickly and made sure the drain was clear as much as possible. During the work, they located a severe issue caused by a utility contractor's mistake. They gave me enough information to force the utility to bring back the contractor to dig up and correct the problem. I did not rate on price since I couldn't get multiple estimates (other plumbers I called didn't have the right equipment).

The main drain had been running slowly, overflowing in the basement from drainage of the washing machine. No other drains were running slowly. The plumber came out and initially did not believe that there was a problem with our drain and tried to convince us not to have the drain snaked to save the cost. He had us run water from all the faucets and toilets to see if he could detect a problem, and eventually saw that when a lot of water was drained, the drain did back up. He used their machine to clean out blockages in the drain, which were likely caused by tree roots.
