Took about 10 days to transfer both PODs to destination. Drivers for first drop-off and pick-up, and second drop-off and pick-up, were courteous and professional.

We used the POD to store furniture during a recent remodel project. The service was very convenient to use. You do not need to be home to receive the POD or to have it picked-up. The POD was in good condition and served the purpose very well. I did end up calling to make arrangements - just to make certain I understood the pricing and the process. However, you can also set-up all arrangements online.
