He came out and looked at the property with us. If we are doing work on that property I would definitely use him. He was highly knowledgeable, with lots of sincerity. He did not charge us for coming out. He was professional. He was prepared, and honest. He was not phoney and was not trying to sell or doing any of it at all. I was totally impressed with him. I have called many contractors. But they never returned my call. He did and I was impressed even with his message. His message sounded educated, very professional, to the point and very friendly. If I needed to use him I would call him without a doubt.
