It went well. The owner is smart and knows his business. I've recommended him to other people who need someone who can help them resolve complex problems.
Basically this guy's costs are in line with other well-known companies (Haller, etc). The difference is you will get the owner, and maybe an assistant to fix the problem rather than whatever tech is sent out by central dispatch.
