The company that installed the new heat pump just under 10 years ago was not able to locate or fix the problem with my unit. They suggested I replace it with a new one and sent me a bill for over a $1,000 along with that wonderful news. I called Sub Zero and not only did Brent verify where the problem was but repaired it with warrantied parts and only charged about $500. He is the man to call for all your HVAC needs!
