Living LanDesign

We solicited about six different area companies for estimates on a major removal of old trees, shrubs, flowerbeds and brick sidewalk, and design and replacement of all our outside areas. Bids ranged from $15,000 to $45,000, and two of the companies wanted advance payment for design work (we paid one of them $250 for design work, another wanted more than $700). Then we contacted Travis with Living Landesign. He provided the best plans, gave us computer renderings showing the plantings he was recommending embedded in visual images of our home, and he also had the lowest price of all the people we contacted. His estimate and plans were provided without charge. Travis and his crew were very nice to work with, accepted revisions and changes easily, and did a beautiful job. The work was completed in the timeframe expected, with no delays or extensions. The only thing Travis was a little slow with was getting an invoice to us. But the work is all great. Travis knows what he is doing and does it all very well. We have new pavers for our front entrance area, many attractive new plantings and mulch beds, and we have received many compliments on the appearance of our home. Photo shows our new front entrance (before new grass had grown in). But Travis did all four sides of the house, as well as installing a drain to help with rainwater runoff. The pavers extend onto the porch. Everything has been expertly done.
