Mr. Hocking is very professional, and very knowledgeable of computers.  I was having trouble with my computer running slow, giving me weird pop up messages, and the wireless printer would not work without the USB cable.  He took the time to explain everything to us about why it was not working.  I had downloaded Windows 10 but did not update my printer to be compatible.  He spoke to me on my level of understanding.  He explained in depth everything I asked about.  I appreciate that he did not make me feel stupid like some tech's I've spoken to over the phone, and he speaks english so he is easy to understand!  He didn't charge me the full hourly rate since he came right in and got to working, not wasting time.  I am going to make appointments with him every six months now just for maintenance since I am not a computer wizard.  I would highly recommend his services!
