Everything went extremely well. Not only did he explain everything to me before hand he stuck to his estimate and his time frame. The floors are more beautiful than I could have even imagined. I will definitely use his services again.

Rick Houser presented himself as a credible floor refinisher. When he was finished, our 780 square feet of wood floor was shiny (like a gymnasium floor) with bubbles and runs all over the place. There was varnish up on the baseboards. There were "skippers" where it appeared the varnish "skipped" over many spots. I later learned that this was do to Rick's ineptitude at running the sanding machine. He had gouged out spots in the floor so that when he put the varnish on, it skipped over those spots. We complained and he came back and re-sanded and tried to fix this problem. It was only worse. This guy is a total do-it-yourself-er who thought he could run a business. Various calls to Mr. Houser were left unanswered after this debacle. Guess we'll see him in court.
