Description of Work: I purchase filters for my Sundance spa from this establishment because they are convenient and stock these filters. The stores are well supplied with good quality items. Their prices are astronomical, even sale items are priced 50% higher than on-line sources.

Description of Work: They had a hard-to-find part for our SandPro Sand Filter at a reasonable and competitive price. My only complaint is that even though they were friendly, they didn't really seem to want to help me more. I am new to pool ownership (above-ground 20' Sofpool pool) and I wish that places like this would ask questions like "What type of pool do you have?"; "How long have you had it?"; "Do you have any questions or is there anything that you don't understand about it?"; "Are you using "such-and-such" product?" | |I kinda almost felt that I was being moved along. Like they did not want further interaction with me. I DO NOT feel that they meant to make me feel that way. I could have bought more with better customer interaction. I may have had questions or thought of things as they asked. | |Overall a good experience, and if I need pool supplies in the future, I would go back. I just would like to see a better interaction or salesmanship.
